Moving is a question of trust – not just transportation from A to B.
Moving involves packing and unpacking, arranging furniture and putting up paintings etc. A removal is not simply a question of money. Rather, it is a question of trust as well as of the quality that the removal company supplies.
At BRYDE we are well aware that our customers appreciate high-quality work that is carried out within the agreed time frame. Our company and training policies are drawn up with regard for these demands.
To ensure that all our employees can live up to company demands, BRYDE facilitates internal service courses. Moreover, we value and encourage a pleasant tone among the staff, and alcohol is strictly prohibited for all employees within working hours. Every employee has his/her name embroidered on the uniform. Thus our customers always know who they are dealing with.
As we wish to make the high level of our quality visible to our surroundings, BRYDE has become FAIM certified and is a member of the Danish Movers Federation (DMF). Finally, we are also members of FIDI – an international federation counting more than 750 removal companies.
DMF, Danish Movers Federation, solely consists of members who move professionally, act reliably and are aware of the responsibility connected with handling the private property of other people. Members of DMF have a mandatory liability insurance applying in accordance with current terms and conditions in the event of an accident during the course of a removal.
FAIM certification
In order to obtain FAIM certification, the company must meet the requirements of the industry association and not just the requirements of the company itself. FIDI's requirements are based on the customers' demands with regards to the company's handling of removal tasks, buildings, equipment, storage facilities, staff training, economy and administration.
The certifications are presented every second year by Ernst & Young. With the FAIM certification, BRYDE is a safe choice when you need a professional, quality-conscious and serious supplier of all removal services.
The process of achieving FAIM accreditation is based on meeting the demands of sixteen parameters that are seen as the key elements to providing a quality international moving service.
The 16 parameters are:

FIDI, Fédération Internationale des Déménageurs Internationaux, is an international federation counting more than 750 removal companies from all over the world. To maintain its membership of FIDI, members must be solvent, have educated staff, its own equipment and its own buildings etc. regardless of where in the world the removal is carried out.
FIDI cooperates with Ernst & Young about the quality certification 'FIDI Accredited International Mover' (FAIM).
